Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team within 90 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the pillow in its original packaging or a secure box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
